2014 General
Election Information

CyberCivics

Congratulations, Kansans!

Two new records have raised the bar in our elections history, thanks to everyone who registered to vote and who actually voted in the 2014 general election.

  • The unofficial number of voters who cast a ballot this year was the highest ever to turn out for a nonpresidential general election, with over 868,173 taking the time to vote by mail, in-person advance or in person on Election Day.
  • And voter registration topped prior nonpresidential general election years at 1,744,866.

It just goes to show that, in Kansas, record numbers find it is easy to register securely and easy to vote fairly!
