SCHWAB STATEMENT ON COURT OF APPEALS DECISION

TOPEKA – Secretary of State Scott Schwab today issued the following statement on the decision by the Kansas State Court of Appeals:

“Our office is currently reviewing the opinion from the Court of Appeals. This opinion appears to be a substantial change to the judicial standard of reviewing state election laws.”
