Request for Proposals

The Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF), Economic and Employment Services (EES) announces the release of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a coordinated statewide Child Care Quality Improvement and Support System to improve quality and support for early childhood care and education providers. Eligible applicants must be fiscally viable and have the ability to administer and deliver quality improvement and support to the early childhood care and education providers while complying with all state and federal requirements. Sealed bids will be accepted no later than 2:00 p.m. (CDT) July 25, 2022.
