Project

Rehabilitation of Detention Dam Site 106 in Lyon County, Kansas, located 0.5 miles south and 2 miles west of Admire, Kansas, for Upper Marais des Cygnes (UMDC) Watershed Joint District No. 101.

General Scope of Work

Rehabilitation of dam with 1,185 tons of rock riprap for wave protection along front slope; one rock fence barrier; tree removal around stilling basin; new trash rack; and minor miscellaneous items including associated earthwork, seeding, and mulching.

(Non-mandatory) 9:00 a.m. (Central Time) Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Lyon County Fire District 2, 423 E. 7th St., Admire, KS 66830.

Bid Opening

10:00 a.m. (Central Time) Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at Lyon County Fire District 2, 423 E. 7th St., Admire, KS 66830. Sealed bids will be received by Curtis Janssen, Engineer/CO, 280 K-68 Hwy., Lyndon, KS 66451 until 8:00 a.m. the day of the opening, or may be delivered at time of opening. Any bid received after the specified times will not be considered.
