Notice of Rescheduled Hearing

A public hearing previously scheduled for January 16, 2023, has been rescheduled to be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday February 22, 2023, in the Azure Conference Room, Curtis State Office Building, 4th floor, 1000 SW Jackson St., Topeka, Kansas, to discuss amendments to the 2023 Intended Use Plans (IUPs) for the Kansas Public Water Supply Loan Fund (KPWSLF) and the Kansas Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund (KWPCRF). The amendments to the IUPs will make additions to the Project Priority List of each program and establish a new policy for setting interest rates on loan increase amendments. Copies of the draft IUP amendments can be obtained at https://www.kdhe.ks.gov/518/Loan-Fund-Administration-Documents.

Comments can be presented at the hearing or in writing prior to the hearing. Written comments are recommended.
