Notice to Bidders

Notice is hereby given for the receipt of subcontractor bids for the A-014424 Wichita State University Marcus Welcome Center Addition and Interior Finish Upgrade project. This project is being delivered using procedures established under the Kansas alternate project delivery building construction procurement act (K.S.A 75-37,141 et seq.) for Wichita State University. Hutton is the construction manager. Contact person is Eric Hendrickson, email ehendrickson@huttonbuilds.com, phone 316-250-7272.

Subcontractor bids will be received for the following scopes of work:

• Termite treatment, brick pavers, ornamental fencing, final clean, masonry, casework, roofing, doors, storefront, waterproofing, drywall, flooring, painting, specialties, window treatments, mechanical, fire protection, and electrical.

All bidders should advise of their intent to bid. Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. March 24, 2023, via email to ehendrickson@huttonbuilds.com. When submitting bids, include the associated bid form.

Vendor hereby acknowledges when submitting a bid that they have included all items associated with the request for proposal for their corresponding bid form.
