Middle Creek Watershed Joint District No. 62

Request for Proposals

The Middle Creek Watershed Joint District No. 62, Lincolnville, Kansas, is requesting a qualifications and cost proposal to develop an environmental assessment (EA) and complete the design of Floodwater Retarding Dam (FRD) #11 in Middle Creek Watershed. FRD #11 is located in the northeast portion of Marion County, Kansas. The full request and a Statement of Work are available from Brian Lang, Contracting Officer for Middle Creek Watershed Joint District No. 62. The full request outlines the selection criteria to be used to determine the award. The Statement of Work provides the requirements for the EA and design of FRD #11, with documentation acceptable to the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service.
