Notice to Bidders

The City of Wichita, Kansas will receive bids until 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 30, 2023, at the Purchasing Office, 455 N. Main, 12th Floor, Wichita, Kansas, for the bidding of 2023 CCLIP US-54, 119th Street to 111th Street (KDOT Project No. 87U-2386-01/472-2023-085844, KDOT/PAVING Munis #E2095). Plans and specifications for this project will be available June 7, 2023. Electronic plan sheets for this project will only be available in the ARC Document Solutions plan room for the City of Wichita projects at https://order.e-arc.com/arcEOC/PWELL_PublicList.asp?mem=170. Other questions should be directed to the respective design engineer at 316-268-4047.

All bids received will thereafter be publicly opened, read aloud, and considered by the Board of Bids and Contracts. All work is to be done under the direction and supervision of the city manager and according to plans and specifications on file in the office of the city engineer. Bidders are required to enclose a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) with each bid as a guarantee of good faith. The Wichita City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
