The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) is amending the following Kansas Medicaid 1915(c) Waiver: Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED).

The proposed amendment covers the following:

• Standardizes performance measures with all 1915(c) waivers.

The proposed effective date is January 1, 2024.

KDADS is seeking public comments from June 29, 2023 through July 29, 2023 on the proposed amendment. The proposed amendment is posted on the KDADS website at http://www.kdads.ks.gov or may be requested from:
