Notice of Corporate Income Tax Normal Rate Reduction

Pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 2022 Supp. 74-50,321(d), notice is hereby provided that the normal corporate income tax rate set forth in K.S.A. 2022 Supp. 79-32,110(c)(1) shall be reduced to 3.5% of Kansas taxable income, effective January 1, 2024.
