Public Notice

The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) are amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan. The ICF-IID Levels of Care structure and administration per diem rates are being revised.

The proposed effective date for the State Plan Amendment (SPA) is October 1, 2024.
