Notice of Hearing

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE), Division of Environment, Bureau of Air, will conduct a public information session and public hearing Monday, December 4, 2023, at the Wyandotte County Public Health Department, Auditorium Room 336, 619 Ann Ave., Kansas City, KS 66101, to consider the proposed air quality construction permit for Harcos Chemicals Inc., 5200 Speaker Rd., Kansas City, KS 66106. The public information session will take place at 5:30 p.m. followed by the public hearing at 6:00 p.m.

All interested parties will be given a reasonable opportunity to present their views orally during the hearing. In order to give all parties an opportunity to speak, it may be necessary to limit any oral presentation to five minutes.
