Port Authority of Stafford County

Request for Bids

The Port Authority of Stafford County is soliciting bids for the construction of approximately 16,000 track-feet of rail, switches, and access roads for their proposed intermodal terminal near St. John, Kansas. All material used for construction shall adhere to the requirements and stipulations set forth in the Buy American Act of 1978.
