The successful bidder(s) shall be required to enter into an agreement with the City of Overland Park in the form of the sample agreement provided.

Bidders agree that in order to assure high quality and durable construction in conformity with approved plans and specifications and a high degree of reliability on statements and representations made by engineers, contractors, suppliers, and workers on federal-aid highway projects, it is essential that all persons concerned with the project perform their functions as carefully, thoroughly, and honestly as possible. Bids may be modified or withdrawn through the QuestCDN site, prior to the time and date for bid opening; provided, however, that no bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date set for the opening thereof. All bidders agree that rejection shall create no liability on the part of the city because of such rejection.
