Request for Proposals

Hope Community Church hereby invites you to submit a sealed bid for new security cameras, access control on doors, and alarm systems for their building located at 1831 E. 21st St., Andover, KS 67002. Copies of Instructions to Bidders and project specifications can be accessed at http://welcome2hope.com/hope-cc-security-rfp. Estimated project value exceeds $100,000.

1. Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. (Central Time) May 1, 2025, and all bids received will be reviewed May 2, 2025. Vendors who submit eligible bids will be contacted the week of May 5, 2025 with any questions or further clarifications. The vendor(s) who are awarded the bid will be contacted when a final decision is made.
2. All bids must be clearly labeled “Hope Community Church Security Bid” and mailed to:

   1831 E. 21st St., Andover, KS 67002
3. All bids must remain valid for a minimum of 30 days from bid opening date.
