Public Notice
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) is amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan. Per Kansas legislation passed into law, the following added physician services and reimbursement rates increases are made:
- Pediatrician Office Visits rates increase;
- Vagus Nerve Stimulation rates increase; and
- Cognitive Assessment and Care Plan Services, added.
The proposed effective date for the State Plan Amendment (SPA) is July 1, 2025.
