Public Notice

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) is amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan. Per Kansas legislation passed into law, the following added physician services and reimbursement rates increases are made:

  1. Pediatrician Office Visits rates increase;
  2. Vagus Nerve Stimulation rates increase; and
  3. Cognitive Assessment and Care Plan Services, added.

The proposed effective date for the State Plan Amendment (SPA) is July 1, 2025.
