Notice to Bidders
Pathway Church hereby invites you to submit a sealed bid on adding additional security cameras and access control to their building located at 2001 N. Maize Rd., Wichita, KS 67212. Copies of Instructions to bidders and project specifications can be accessed by going to http://www.pathwaychurch.com/Westlinksecuritybid3. Estimated project value exceeds $80,000.
- Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. (Central Time) July 31, 2025. All bids received will be publicly opened and reviewed August 8, 2025. Vendors who submit eligible bids will be contacted in the week of July 21 with any questions or further clarifications. The vendor(s) who are awarded the bid will be contacted when a final decision is made.
- All bids must be clearly labeled “Westlink Security Bid 3” and mailed to: Pathway Church, c/o Facilities Director, 2001 N. Maize Rd., Wichita, KS 67212.
- All bids must remain valid for a minimum of thirty (20) days from bid opening date.
