Notice of Intent to Solicit Assistance

The State of Kansas intends to solicit assistance from the Department of Defense’s Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Program. The assistance will include cross-governmental cyber collaboration and preparedness exercises and training. The proposed assistance will take place in Topeka, Kansas in April – May 2027. Organizations and individuals who have questions or who wish to voice opposition to military assistance for this project may contact Erin McGinnis with the Kansas Information Security Office at kiso@ks.gov no later than five (5) days after the first publication of this notice. People not filing comments within the time frame noted will be considered to have waived their objections to military assistance for this project.
