Notice to Bidders

St. Peter Catholic School seeks sealed bids for the following projects: 1) perimeter fencing, gates and 2) CCTV or surveillance camera system. Bids will be accepted by St. Peter Catholic School until 12:00 p.m. (Central Time) January 5, 2026, at 11000 W. Southwest Blvd., Wichita, Kansas, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the same address. Copies of Instructions to Bidders and project specifications can be accessed by visiting https://stpeterschulte.com and clicking on Request for Proposals document link. Interested parties may also request an electronic copy of the Request for Proposals by email at jessica@symphonyadvancement.com. An informational vendor conference is being held at 9:00 a.m. (Central Time) Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 11000 W. Southwest Blvd., Wichita, Kansas. Parties seeking to attend this conference must RSVP prior to the event with Jessica Thorpe via email at jessica@symphonyadvancement.com not later than 3:00 p.m. (Central Time) November 28, 2025. Each of the projects are expected to cost $25,000 or more. Additional project work available for quotation or estimate is also outlined in Request for Proposals documentation.
