Notice to Bidders

St. Joseph Catholic School seeks sealed bids for the following project: CCTV or surveillance camera system. Bids will be accepted by St. Joseph Catholic School until 12:00 p.m. (Central Time) January 6, 2026, at 12917 E. Maple Grove Rd., Mt. Hope, KS 67108, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the same address. Copies of Instructions to Bidders and project specifications can be accessed by visiting https://sjost.com/home and clicking on Request for Proposals document link. Interested parties may also request an electronic copy of the Request for Proposals by email at jessica@symphonyadvancement.com. An informational vendor conference is being held at 9:00 a.m. (Central Time) Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 12917 E. Maple Grove Rd., MT. Hope, KS 67108. Parties seeking to attend this conference must RSVP prior to the event at the email address listed above no later than 3:00 p.m. (Central Time) November 28, 2025. The security camera project is expected to exceed $25,000. Additional project work is also outlined in Request for Proposals documentation.
