Request for Proposals

The Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF) announces the release of the Grant Request for Proposal (RFP) for Family Resource Centers. Sealed bids will be accepted no later than 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) February 20, 2026. A complete copy of the RFP with details of important dates may be found at http://www.dcf.ks.gov/Agency/Operations/Pages/OGC/Grant-RFP.aspx, under “Grant Requests for Proposals (RFPs).” Additional files may be located at this website throughout the process, so please monitor on a regular basis for changes.
