Request for Proposals

The Kansas Housing Resources Corporation has published a Request for Proposals to serve as the Community Services Block Grant Eligible Entity and administer the Community Services Block Grant for 35 Western Kansas counties. The Request for Proposals will be available for public review February 26, 2026 through April 13, 2026, posted online at http://www.kshousingcorp.org. Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. (Central Time) April 13, 2026.
