Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $5,647,176.35 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $6,381,442.04 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at February 28, 2026.
