Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $6,416,912.23 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $6,132,590.08 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at April 30, 2026.
