Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $7,786,948.25 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $5,505,930.58 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at January 31, 2025.
