Senate Bill No. 362
An Act repealing K.S.A. 19-26,120; relating to the expiration of the Sedgwick county urban area nuisance abatement act.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
Section 1. K.S.A. 19-26,120 is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the statute book.
