Notice of Hearing

Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) will conduct a virtual public hearing to receive comments on the draft copy of the Weatherization Assistance Program Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (WAPBIL) State Plan. The draft plan can be found on KHRC’s website at, near the bottom of the page under documents and forms. The WAPBIL State Plan is very similar to the 2022 annual plan with regard to policies and procedures, but revisions have been made to add Southeast Kansas Community Action Program (SEKCAP) as a subrecipient. This hearing shall serve as the opportunity to receive public comment on the additional of SEKCAP per 10 CFR 440. Instructions and requirements of the WAP State Plan Application can be found at
